Construction solutions provider, Saint Gobain, wanted to create a website specifically targeted at self-builders and renovators. we created a website built on a deep understanding of the end-user’s needs and pain points, supported by intuitive UX and UI, as well as human-centric design.
We carried out extensive consumer research, gathering quantitative insights, from primary research to customer strategy workshops, in order to better understand the target personas and support the development of the customer journey.
